Ballymun Student Accommodation consists of 364 bed spaces. This housing will form part of larger development incorporating a fully serviced supermarket, office accommodation, retail space and two cafes. The building itself is one of the highest in the neighbourhood.
Our scope was to provide structural model, general arrangement and production drawings of whole building which (besides Ground Floor) has been done completely using precast. Variation of 200, up to 250mm walls were used, while slabs thickness was 100mm with additional 125mm of screed.
